This group is formed to discuss the various issues related to RTI Act and Consumer Protection. Right to Information Act (RTI Act) is an Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority. Consumer Protection - The consumer is taken for a ride by various sellers of consumer products and service providers. Let us discuss the issues related to these subjects and help each other to achieve better governance and consumer service.
