- i use adobe flash for animating, clip studio paint to draw, & recently upgraded to a cintiq 22hd drawing monitor. - no i don't know any good *free* animating softwares - if you're looking for a beginning drawing tablet just get the cheapest Wacom brand tablet you can find anyway, Hello there, I'm Jaiden!
